Kim Turner: Sovereign Citizen Extremists (Online)

This course is designed specifically for public safety dispatchers and public safety employees to have a basic understanding of the history of sovereign citizens, why it is a growing movement, and to recognize common tactics used when they are in contact with law enforcement.

Under the instruction provided by a qualified instructor(s) each student will achieve the following learning outcomes:

• Describe the general ideologies associated with the sovereign ideology.
• Identify sovereign key words
• Understand paper terrorism and economics
• Describe the most common recruitment methods
